                  L ord Rama is ideal for every people in village. Now I am talking about the temple of lord Rama in my village. The temple of Rama is one of the oldest temple in Jagudan village. If you notice, Every temple is associated with one or more festivals. So the temple of Rama is associated with the festival of "Raam Navmi". The raam navmi is a birth day of lord Ram. So at that day all people specially worship the Lord Rama. In Gujarat,Like Jagudan most of villages have the temple of Rama. In every village the temple of Rama is known as "Ramji Mandir "in local language Gujarati. People of all cast in Jagudan worship Lord Rama.              I ndia has very large railway network. But to cover all village in rail network is very difficult. So we the people of Jagudan are very lucky about this. There is one railway station in our village. For me this is biggest achievement to have a railway station because I am found of Indian railway. This rail line connect our small village to big cities like Ahmedabad,Kalol,Mehsana,Delhi and Mumbai. To travel in bus is comparatively costly then railway. There is one intresting fact about jagudan village is that this railway station built at time when India was under British government. Too old. isn't it? This facility is very useful for villagers mosty those people who work at Ahmedabad. Every day 100 to 200 people travel by train in Jagudan.               As you can see it is very clean.                 M y village is now ready to travel far and wide. Now days transportation is mostly needed facility for every person. No matter by bus, by rail or by air. In old days people of Jagudan traveled by bullock-cart. I must say that was very very slow. But now bus transport is now available in Jagudan. It is useful for everyone in village. This facility is mostly useful to those people who work in the nearest city Mehsana regularly. In a day 5 or 7 buses pass through Jagudan and it is enough for our villagers. Good roads are also available in my village so if you want to visit our village, I am sure you can easily reach at my village Jagudan.                  In small village like Jagudan there is importance of only bus not for the construction of bus stand.           W ater is a key needed thing of human...right ?? But this definition should be changed with 'pure' water is key needed thing of human. In jagudan for villagers the village panchayat bring the mineral water plant . So that every person of village can get pure water. For this pure water the panchayat take minor cost from villager which is easily affordable by every person in jagudan village. This is one of best decision of panchayat focused on health of people of village.                      P eoples of Jagudan are most religiousness people.They worship god from their heart. There is many temples in Jagudan. Mahadev temple is the one of most beautiful temple of Jagudan village. Mahadev is  a synonym of lord Shiva. People of all casts worship lord Shiva. This temple has magic of peace. Here people feels reposeful and fresh.All time fresh air and cool shade. In this temple we feels like the god is between  us and looking us.he cares about us. We feel that we are near to god. Whenever i come here i feel relax.We have reverence in lord Shiva.This is also one of the oldest temple in jagudan village.There is a festival named Shiv Ratri . As the Ganesh chaturthi completed village's people ready for the Mission Ambaji . This is an event celebrated by us. We worship our kind goddess ' Ma Ambaji '. And the main temple of Ma Ambaji is situated at the place named also ' Ambaji '.So at one specific day in a year we march for the ambaji. That specific day is called ' Bhadrvi poonam ', Ambaji is a city in Gujarat having district Banaskatha means approximately 120 km from our village. Its looks like simple to go by car bus or any public transport but we walk to Ambaji by feet. Interesting ? Now looks hard. isn't it? yes that is tough. moreover we have one chariot( Rath ) of Ma ambaji with us.It will take 4-5 days to reach ambaji, But with friends we make lots of fun in this journey.   

                    E very day of festival means joy for us in Jagudan. Now  I am talking about the Janmastmi . Janmastmi is birthday of lord Krishna. In this festival all young boys plan for the 'Dahi Handi' . In this first we bring a pitcher( matki ) and decorate that.Then hang that pitcher over the open ground with the help of rope.We put Buttermilk,chocolates,many fruits,also money in the picture.Real fun is come to the pitcher now....now all young boys make a pyramid to break that pitcher.Many times they may be fell down but at final they do that and enjoy the birthday of Krishna. Ganesh chaturthi                     T he 'Ganesh chaturthi' is a festival of joy. 'Ganesh' is lord of us hindu. In this festival peoples of village bring one big statue of lord Ganesh . Our village has temple of lord Ganesh so people decorate the temple of lord Ganesh. At the day of Ganesh chaturthi all people gather at the big ground of village. All people along with musical band start a march around a village and shout " ganpati bapa moriya..... " with more joy.At the end of march all people again gather at big ground and take prasad and went to home. The statue brings in temple temporary for 5 or 11 days. Then that statue will be submerged in river by village people and this is called 'visarjan' . PHOTOS
